Job Description : 

• Builds relationships with senior level clients; communicates effectively with clients; effective presenter and storyteller;
• Maintains a strong network of potential clients across multiple organizations;
• Produces presentations, proposals and reports for board-level, executive-level and industry-expert audiences on a range of topics;
• Contributes to firm-building activities; training, recruiting, alumni, community, and other HC & firm activities; contributes to and leads other special projects (e.g. internal, external and community);
• Mentors consultants, support professionals and other partners; acts as a role model and ambassador for firm values, both within the firm and externally;
• Negotiates project and program pricing, resulting in sufficient profitability; and
• Any other related responsibilities and duties.

This job requires knowledge and a high proficiency in the English language (written and oral). The duties related to this role require communicating in English with colleagues and clients based outside of Québec who do not understand French [on a daily-basis or multiple times a week] (written and oral, including live communications). These communications require specific subject-matter expertise and are complex in nature.

Description des tâches :

• Établit des relations avec des clients de haut niveau; communique efficacement avec les clients ; fait preuve de solides compétences en présentation et en narration;
• Maintient un réseau solide de clients potentiels au sein de multiples organisations;
• Prépare des présentations, des propositions et des rapports destinés à des conseils d’administration, des directions générales et des experts sectoriels, sur un large éventail de sujets;
• Contribue au développement de la firme ; participe aux activités de formation, de recrutement, d’anciens, communautaires et autres activités de ressources humaines et de la firme; contribue à des projets spéciaux et en assure la direction (ex. internes, externes et communautaires);
• Agir comme mentor auprès des consultants, du personnel de soutien et d’autres associés ; agit à titre de modèle et d’ambassadeur des valeurs de la firme, tant à l’interne qu’à l’externe;
• Négocie la tarification des projets et des programmes de manière à assurer une rentabilité suffisante; et
• Toute autre tâche ou responsabilité connexe.

Ce poste requiert une connaissance approfondie et une maîtrise de la langue anglaise (à l’oral et à l’écrit). Les tâches liées à ce poste requièrent de communiquer en anglais avec des collègues et des clients basés à l’extérieur du Québec qui ne comprennent pas le français [de façon quotidienne ou plusieurs fois par semaine] (communications écrites et orales, y compris en communications en temps réel). Ces communications font appel à l’expertise du titulaire du poste et sont de nature complexe.
