We are currently seeking a Lead Creative Traffic Manager to join our team and contribute to the seamless execution of our creative projects.
About the Role:
The Lead Creative Traffic Manager is a leadership role focused on overseeing the workflows of the global Presentation Studio, a team of over 150 professionals. You will manage a team of 6 regional traffic managers, ensuring efficient resource allocation, adherence to brand standards, and operational consistency across regions. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative Operations, you will also provide regular updates to our senior leadership on team performance, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
This role is critical to ensuring the Presentation Studio operates smoothly, delivering high-quality outputs efficiently and effectively that align with client and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Workload Management:

Oversee global workflows and incoming requests for the Presentation Studio, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks.

Prioritize projects strategically, considering business needs, scope, and resource availability.

Assign resources to projects based on skill sets, team strengths, and global priorities.

Collaborate with regional managers to identify the best team members for high-impact initiatives.

Analyze utilization data and partner with global managers to enhance team productivity and capacity.

Monitor project progress, address potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Drive process improvement initiatives, ensuring workflows are efficient, scalable, and globally consistent.

Communication and Collaboration:

Build strong, productive relationships with internal clients, traffic managers, and creative leads across global regions.

Act as the central point of communication, fostering collaboration between the Presentation Studio and the senior leadership team.

Set a positive tone for collaboration, communication, and expectation management.

Develop and implement effective feedback mechanisms to enhance team communication and project alignment.

Act as a trusted advisor for both the traffic team and creative stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction at all levels.

Problem-Solving:

Lead a solutions-oriented approach, guiding the team to resolve challenges effectively and proactively.

Qualifications:

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Traffic Manager with experience in managing a distributed team.

Have a strong understanding of the creative workflow and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal clients and colleagues.

Have exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Be solution focused – an amazing problem solver!

Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
