Job Overview:
The position will provide Workday support for Oliver Wyman in the United States and some international locations. It will be based in Mexico and will be part of the HC Services function. As this role provides administrative support for a regional team, the individual in the role will need to be a self-starter who can operate without close supervision. They must be a team player and will require excellent communication skills. They must be comfortable working within a virtual team environment. The role also requires a high degree of organization, significant attention to detail and a strong customer service orientation. Oliver Wyman is a fast-paced environment that requires fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter/Submits US payroll transactions into Workday. This includes new hires, terminations, salary changes, leaves of absence, special payments, etc.
Audits US payroll transactions to ensure that the transaction is accurately calculated, and the pay is correct
Calculate overpayments, underpayments and repayments
Work closely with the MMC payroll team, to resolve US payroll issues
Research and resolving employee payroll issues
Provides payroll information to authorized individuals as appropriate
Assist with entering/submitting international Workday transactions including new hires, terminations, salary changes, leave of absence, etc.
Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
Working Knowledge of Workday System Administration or similar HR Information System
Excellent data maintenance skills
Data entry experience preferred
Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
Experience in management consultancy, financial services, and/or a similar professional services industry is a plus
Skills and Attributes:
Strong demonstrated problem solving and analysis skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and an ability to work with minimal oversight
