Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Designer to join our Design team at Oliver Wyman in Dubai.
As a Designer, you will be a brand guardian — stewarding the Oliver Wyman visual identity and ensuring consistency and clarity across every touchpoint. You’ll translate our perspectives into compelling, audience‑centric visuals that inform, engage, and inspire. You’ll work on diverse projects spanning editorial, digital, data visualization, and motion design. Collaborating with senior team members and specialized teams, you’ll bring creative concepts to life while growing your technical and creative abilities within our international in-house creative team.

Execute designs across various mediums

Support senior team members in project delivery
What we're looking for:
Native Arabic speaker
Strong portfolio showing creative potential
Intentional and strategic design approach — able to align visual decisions to objectives, audience needs, and brand standards
Knowledge of design principles and tools Hands on experience in Figma and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow
