Job Overview:
Creative Traffic Coordinators play a pivotal role in the Presentation Studio by serving as the primary point of contact for requestors and stakeholders across Oliver Wyman. They efficiently manage incoming requests, assign tasks to team members, and facilitate collaboration with other Creative Studio functions, such as Design, Video, and Digital. By building strong relationships and understanding the evolving needs of requestors, they promote our products, services and values effectively. Coordinators are responsible for scheduling and prioritizing tasks globally, leveraging their skills to assist with smaller jobs while ensuring seamless workflow. Their ability to juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail is essential for supporting the team's creative talents and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing inbox and responding to requests.
Assigning, updating, and prioritizing work by using internal workflow tool.
Monitoring global waitlist requests, focusing on their scope and business priority.
Understanding local project needs and awareness of pressing business needs.
Collaborating with global coordination team, taking active participation in global coordination meetings, and suggesting new solutions.

Your Experience:
Bachelor’s degree.
