Job Overview:
Oliver Wyman is seeking an Associate Compensation Analyst to provide broad based compensation support to advance strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and possess excellent analytical and interpersonal capabilities.
This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in the office. There is no option to be fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and reconcile global salary earnings between reporting systems and researching/resolving any discrepancies with local human capital managers

Prepare employee population and salary earnings data for monthly bonus accruals to Finance
-
Track employee movement and related compensation agreements, i.e., country transfers, talent management programs, and compensation model changes
-
Audit employee Job Position mapping into the Job Catalog and Workday
-
Collect and submit internal compensation data to benchmarking survey providers for up-to-date market data
-
Leverage benchmarking survey data and internal sources to analyze, prepare, and present benchmark data for key stakeholders

Support compliance with Pay Transparency laws by providing salary posting ranges to Recruiters for open roles globally
-
Prepare and submit one-time payments for special HC programs

Support the annual and mid-year compensation review process

Support special projects as necessary
Experience Required:
-
1 – 2 years of experiences working in compensation, finance, human resources or analytical role preferred
-
BA or BS degree in Economics, Finance, Business or similar
-
English fluency (written and spoken ) required
-
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Must be comfortable working with large amounts of data in Excel.

Experience in Workday is a plus
