What You'll Be Doing:
- Daily Office Upkeep. Keeping meeting rooms clean and monitoring overall office hygiene.
- Weekly Pantry & Appliance Checks. Coordinating with cleaning staff for regular checks of the pantry, refrigerator, and water dispensers.
- Pantry Management. Regularly monitoring and restocking pantry supplies (e.g., coffee, tea, tissues, dish soap, and bottled water).
- Equipment & Tools. Ensuring cleaning tools and light operational equipment are available and organised.
- Front Desk Support. Welcoming guests, receiving packages, and assisting with general office needs.
- Internal & External Deliveries. Acting as a backup internal courier for document and goods delivery and coordinating with SAP for outgoing deliveries and shipping.
- Facility Maintenance. Identifying and reporting minor issues (e.g., lighting, AC, furniture damage) and coordinating repairs with the maintenance team.
- Event Support. Assisting with internal events (e.g., town halls, celebrations, birthdays), including setup, catering, and decorations.
- Office Supply Inventory. Managing inventory for stationery, work tools, and presentation equipment.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience as an Office Boy.
- Hardworking, professional, and proactive.
- Honest, disciplined, friendly, and enthusiastic.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Good communication skills, and the ability to understand English is an advantage.
