Job Description

We are seeking an Offshore Site Investigation Coordinator to join our team for the Curonian Nord offshore wind farm project in Lithuania. This role is crucial in ensuring the technical assessment of the Curonian Nord site and provision of the necessary inputs into the detailed design of the Curonian Nord offshore wind farm project. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Managing appointed site investigation contractors to ensure safe execution of geophysical and geotechnical site investigations, ensuring compliance with requirements and smooth management of SIMOPs
  • Addressing technical and operational challenges in real-time, providing technical support to non-technical project team members
  • Promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture across all offshore operations
  • Working closely with various technical teams to integrate site investigation results into the overall wind farm design. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, science, or related fields 
  • 3+ years of professional post-qualification experience in site investigations or a related field 
  • Understanding of local laws and regulations for conducting site investigations. 
  • Experience and understanding of geophysical and geotechnical survey specifics 
  • Experience with offshore wind project surveys 
  • Experience leading site investigation projects with multiple contractors and interfaces.
