- Data & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across multiple Salesforce instances, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Create, update, and audit large datasets in Excel to support sales administration, pricing and research exercises, and data uploads.
- Utilize excel to modify data and import into SF. Modify and organize details to support ongoing sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into eligibility and pricing metrics
- Develop excel based financial projections upon request.
- Sales Administration Support:
- Assist with creating, reviewing, and organizing contracts and legal documentation in Salesforce and shared systems.
- Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively prepare renewal or termination documentation.
- Respond to internal sales team requests for data and documentation in a timely and professional manner.
- Support data migration, clean-up, and process standardization projects across Salesforce and Excel.
- Process & Efficiency:
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and improve administrative processes.
- Partner with U.S.-based team members to support analysis of pricing, financial models, and proposal preparation.
- Provide accurate back-office support for the Provider Relations team, ensuring smooth handoffs and reliable documentation.

Preferred QualificationsQualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data modeling required).
- Experience working with CRM platforms; Salesforce strongly preferred.
- High attention to detail in data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing tools and processes.
- Strong written English communication skills for internal collaboration (no external-facing communication required).
- Experience with telecommunications, smart-home, or broadband indstries is a plus but not required.
- Experience with reporting/BI tools (thoughtspot, etc.) is a plus.
