Hiring for the following shifts:
- 1st shift 6am-4:30pm
- 3rd shift 7:30pm - 6:00am
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for inserting appropriate frames, wires, velcro, foam blocks, cloths, ect.. Into molds just prior to pouring foam. May perform other jobs as required. Responsible for production department housekeeping and to cover for absenteeism.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Any combination of training and work experience which indicates possession of skills to carry out the insert tasks.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of / and compliance with Safety Regulations.
- Be dependable and have a good attendance record.
- Be able to work overtime.
- Be able to communicate in a professional manner with team members.
- Self starter, with demonstrated continuous improvement traits; effective at working independently.
- Perform tasks through to completion.
Working Conditions: Majority of time in a production environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to use hand to fingers, handle of feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to bend, walk, balance, talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift, push or pull up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Schedule: Standard work hours will consist of 10 hours per day, 4-5 days per week on an assigned shift. Schedule hours may be altered as required by the training needs of employees or equipment breakdown. Ability to work overtime or irregular hours to include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as requested.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation.
