What you'll do
- Monitor and improve wholesale operations & service performance for assigned European markets.
- Oversee order fulfilment, ensuring accurate processing, timely invoicing, and issue resolution in OMS platforms.
- Own backlog management, providing regular reports, reducing order delays, and collaborating with logistics to resolve fulfilment issues.
- Act as the main point of contact for Customer Service, Sales, and internal teams regarding operational queries and escalations.
- Drive process improvements by identifying system inefficiencies, reporting bugs, and supporting automation initiatives.
- Align with Last Mile and Logistics teams to enhance delivery performance and minimize failed shipments.
- Work with accounts to develop operational strategies that align with business goals and drive growth opportunities.
- Support retailer onboarding, ensuring all system requirements are set up and assisting with promotions.
- Ensure stakeholders are aligned to achieve OTIF (On Time In Full) and customer satisfaction goals.
Who we're looking for:
- Ideally, you have experience in B2B Order Management related to supply chain operations, e-commerce, or a start-up environment
- You are a highly structured person capable of multitasking and working under pressure
- You do not shy away from problems but rather act hands-on and find solutions
- You are proactive and challenge the status quo
- You enjoy managing multiple stakeholders and excel in communication
- You strive to improve the performance of your responsible Markets on an operational level and facilitate their day-to-day operations
- You have great MS Excel skills
- Being familiar with platforms such as Fluent Commerce and Tableau is a plus
- Fluency in English; German, French or Italian are a plus
