Job Description
1. Product Costing, Cost Estimates ,Pricing , Zero based Costing, RFQ and support to Marketing team for pricing.
2. Collecting data from different Dept/ CFT team for Costing. 3 Monthly Cost Run Activity, and actual assesment cycle and distribution cycle Run in SAP S4 Hana. 4. Cycle Time study and Routing approval. 5. Support in Budget activity,Cost Audit as per CARR.6. Maintaining PFS sheet monitaring , Stage wise costing.
1. BOM verification. Approval. 2. Cost card verification 1. Controls on ECNs, PCNs, Costing and tracking Ensuring recoveries are made over cost. 2. Supporting costing Manager in Exercising control on Red, Orange, Yellow and Green Products for A & B products. 1. Machine hour rate Calculation . Labour Hrs rate calculation and verification. 2. Marginal Costing. 3. Other MIS activity as and when required.Skills Required
