Primary Responsibilities: Expertise in zeiss CMM programing ,Knowledge of Feasibility, Layout Inspection, PPAP, SPC, MSA, etc ,Knowledge about core tools & engineering drawing /GD&T & standards ,Knowledge of roughness tester, contracer & 3D Comparison machine Handling. ,Expertise in manpower planning & handling .Knowledge of Guages & Instrument Calibration activity.
Skills Required
- B.E. or DME qualification
- Expertise in CMM programming, specifically Zeiss CMM programming
- Knowledge of feasibility studies, layout inspection, PPAP, SPC, and MSA
- Knowledge of core tools, engineering drawings, GD&T, and applicable standards
- Experience handling roughness testers, contracers, and 3D comparison machines
- Expertise in manpower planning and handling
- Knowledge of gauges and instrument calibration activities
