Must-Have:
- 4+ years of experience in IT Support, NOC, operations roles with exposure to cloud or platform environments.
- Skilled in infrastructure management, SRE, incident management, disaster recovery, and ITIL compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of routine maintenance, reporting, runbook updates, and following security/compliance procedures.
- Prior experience in automation scripts and incident documentation
- Experience in monitoring dashboards, escalating incidents, and supporting daily platform health checks.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional Certifications such Basic SRE or DevOps Certification (Google/Microsoft/LinkedIn), Kubernetes, Bash/Python scripting knowledge, ITIL Foundation
