The Opportunity 
This is a vital role for the organization which will have a major impact on SCiBD operations. The post holder will be responsible for the proactive maintenance of accounting records of all aspects of SCiBD Staff Provident Fund (PF). In particular, the key initial priority is to lead on recording all transactions of PF in respective accounting software as set policies and procedures. He or she will also ensure the right level of supporting documentation is maintained for all transactions, and they are duly approved by the office bearers of PF trustee boards respectively. The incumbent will also support the PF treasurers with completing annual statutory finance audit and submission of Tax Returns.

Qualifications & Experience
•    At least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in Finance or Accounts department of any INGO, MNC or reputed company.
•    Significant experience maintaining accounting records.
•    Proven track record in providing accounting services to customer-focused organizations, particularly where sensitive financial data of members are handled.
•    Expertise in building strong relationships between organization, staff and other stakeholders to support organizational needs.
•    Strong communicator, able to explain accounting concepts to non-technical staff and foster positive relationships between PF/GF and trustee board / staff members.
•    Maintaining high level of service to members aligning with organizational goals, while being hands-on with daily PF operations.
•    Collaborate effectively across teams and build internal and external relationships.
•    Master’s in accounting with part-qualified/Professional accounting qualification or relevant professional training would be an advantage.
