Teach the World is seeking a skilled and motivated individual for the position of Officer - People & Culture. This position will be responsible for employee data management and payroll, and also provide operational support to the Field HR Team in all its activities. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and be proficient in using MS Office/Google Tools. Experience in HR functions is preferred, particularly HR Operations/HR Services. The People & Culture Officer strives to streamline HR operations and Services for the field employees of Teach The World Foundation with dedication and attention to detail. The role may also require occasional field visits.
- Data
Management:
· Maintain HR databases and ensure data quality
· Conduct data analysis on employee data
· Manage employee related trackers
· Carry out payroll activities
· Coordinate with team members on the field for data
collection where required
2. 2. HR
Operations:
· Provide operational and logistical support for Field
HR Activities including outreach, selection and engagement activities
· Manage employee documentation
- Other Tasks:
· Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to undertake
any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
· Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure
project timelines are met
· Carry out field visits as required
Requirements
Key Strengths:

· 1-2 years of experience preferred in Human
Resources, in particular in HR Operations/Services
Note: Fresh Graduates may be considered if they meet all other requirements

Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
