Job Description- Smooth Launching of Program, RB for local supply.
- Identify feasible and cost effective methods for product development.
- Provide on time estimates with the best production capability.
- Initiate and drive improvement of speed of developments through the ELS approach.
- Initiate product re-engineering to be ahead of the competition.
- Provide counter sample approval.
- Ensure timely and consistent availability of samples/proofs/formats/data integrity tests/ink drawdowns for manufacturing units to follow for commercial production.
- Create retailer manuals, sample packs and catalogs as when required. Circulate regular updates on product /Manual among internal departments.
- Involve on critical issues for resolution. Acting as a technical support for other cross functional team as and when necessary.
- Training/Assisting CS, Sales, Operation team, Vendors (only if required) in the process of achieving the highest degree required by customer/RB in terms of service and quality.
- Take responsibility for the housekeeping maintaining 5S standard for sample storage and document preservation
- Carry out any Local /Global Projects.
- Carry out any reasonable duties as when required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills along with good PR skills.

- Fair knowledge about the RMG industry and Avery Dennison.
- BBA/MBA in any discipline or BSc in Engineering in Textile are encouraged to apply (Fresh graduates/ Max 2 years)
