Roles and Responsibilities
Review master data change requests submitted by end-user in MDG platform for its fit and form against
the published standards and procedures of master data
Perform data quality review on the change request for the CRUD process as outlined in data quality
management guidelines
Process master data request in MDG using appropriate LSMWs
Support and exchange knowledge on data, MDG platform and governance with business users
Ensure the master data change requests are completed on time and the requests are processed within
the SLA’s related to Turn Around Time and the accuracy of the processed data.
Publish Bi-Weekly reports and master data change requests with respect to
- Number of tickets handled
- Number of Master data records impacted (CRUD)
- Business/ Project and BAU Split up of requests for the period.
Contribute to Training End-users on the master data change management process for new joinees
Validate project deliverables related to master data for its quality. provide first level support to project
teams / commercial team on data requirement, orientation on the templates.
Qualification: Any Graduation, SAP Certification
Experience: 2-5 years

- Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) platform
- Experience using LSMW for master data processing
- Data quality review and master data governance experience
- Ability to produce reports and meet SLA/turnaround time requirements
