The Opportunity 
The post holder will provide high-level executive support to the Country Director, Deputy Country Director and Senior Management Team (SMT), while leading the coordination of SMT and other organization-wide management processes.

The role will coordinate key organizational meetings and forums, including SMT, ESMT, Programme Team Meetings, Programme Leads Conferences, cross-functional meetings, workshops and other ad hoc engagements involving senior SCI colleagues, global and regional teams, members, donors, partners and external stakeholders. A key responsibility will be to ensure systematic documentation and follow-up of management decisions, actions and commitments.

The post holder will coordinate the preparation and timely submission of Country Office reports, management updates, presentations and other information required by the CD and DCD and SMT, Global team and other stakeholders. The role will also support effective information flow and coordination between the Country Office leadership and global and member teams.

The position will provide ongoing executive and administrative support to the CD, DCD and SMT, including correspondence, high-level visits, events, travel arrangements, meeting preparation and stakeholder engagement. This role requires regular interaction with senior internal and external stakeholders and will contribute to effective leadership coordination, communication and organizational management across the Country Office.

Qualifications and Experience
•    At least 05 years relevant working experience and at least 03 years’ experience in Executive desk.
•    Ability to work under pressure and adjust to challenging working condition
•    Proficient in report writing and documentation.
•    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
•    Superb coordination skills 
•    Excellent Inter-personal communication skills
•    Absolute discretion, and willingness to maintain confidentiality
•    Expertise in use of Project Management tools, MS Office; especially, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, English, Public Administration, Anthropology, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Management, or another relevant discipline.
