Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations and support timely month-end closing with tight reporting deadlines.
  • Responsible for financial reporting schedules and financial analysis on monthly basis 
  • Oversee accounts receivable functions, including monitoring outstanding balances and collection follow-ups.
  • Handle billing processes, receipt posting, and support Fapiao and tax arrangement
  • Prepare the accounts receivable subledger and relevant reports
  • Assist in annual audit processes and tax filing requirements.
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Participate in ad hoc accounting and finance projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma/ Degree in Accounting or relevant discipline
  • Prior experience in an accounting or finance function within a commercial organization is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Familiarity with SUN/Oracle Accounts system will be a distinct advantage
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua) is preferable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible, open-minded, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrates a proactive attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines.
