What’s the role?
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our team and to participate in the growth of the Corporate Administration function. The role reports to the Manager in charge of reporting activities in the Reporting team.
What you’ll be doing
- Draft complex minutes, agreements, and resolutions for varied client portfolios.
- Coordinate and manage administrative and legal formalities for complex client portfolios with little supervision.
- Lead the organization of board and general meetings, including preparing high-level documents such as minutes, proxies, and convening notices.
- Coordinate signatures of transaction documents within deadlines, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to closing timelines.
- Take ownership in the corporate management of a portfolio of companies, ensuring lifecycle compliance.
- Manage filings and obtain extracts with the RBE and RCS, ensuring full compliance.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to internal teams or clients efficiently.
- Handle additional tasks requiring advanced administrative skills.
The ideal background for this role:
- Bachelor of Laws degree.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate laws and structures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, take full ownership of tasks, and manage responsibilities.
- Advanced organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is expected.
- 2 years of experience in corporate administration or legal compliance, ideally in Luxembourg.
- Strong track record in managing complex client portfolios and corporate tasks.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality results with a keen attention to detail.
Role Location/Hybrid Schedule
This role can be based in our Luxembourg office. Although the nature of most of the roles within Gen II cannot be classed as totally flexible, there is scope in some cases for a form of Agile Working. The different ways in which Agile Working can be undertaken is dependent on the demands and needs of the business, the office space available and the individual’s preferences and circumstances.
