About the Job

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Office and Workplace Manager (m/f/d) to join our Office team and take ownership of everything related to workplace management, from facilities and admin to people support and operations.

As an Office and Workplace Manager (m/f/d), you’ll execute a variety of office projects by bringing your expertise in creating a smooth and enjoyable office experience for the team and guests, to contribute to company-wide projects and events. 

In this role, you’ll:
  • Manage all workplace operations, including procurement of supplies, vendor coordination, and property management.
  • Oversee reception duties and maintain a welcoming, well-functioning office atmosphere.
  • Organise and coordinate internal events such as all-hands meetings, monthly lunches, seasonal celebrations, and team gatherings.
  • Support employees with office-related needs and act as the first point of contact for daily workplace questions.
  • Collaborate with HR on onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth start (and exit) for employees.
  • Coordinate facilities and safety: maintenance, cleaning, compliance checks, and health standards.
  • Manage travel bookings, corporate mobility tools, and cost-efficient travel arrangements.
  • Handle invoices, contracts, budgets, and admin tasks in collaboration with Finance and People teams.
  • Drive sustainability and wellness initiatives to make the workplace greener, healthier, and future-proof.
Your Profile:
  • Previous experience in office, workplace, or reception management, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage daily operations and events smoothly.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace; open to learning HR and office-related systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional and warm in interactions with colleagues, vendors, and guests.
  • Service-oriented mindset: you enjoy helping others, solving problems quickly, and making people feel at ease.
  • Event enthusiasm: experience in planning and running both small and large events.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Available to be on-site 100% at our Berlin office (Mitte).
