The Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages across departments
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and postage
- Operate mailroom equipment and manage domestic and international shipping requirements
- Coordinate courier pickups and track deliveries
- Maintain mailroom and related office supply inventory
- Scan and process invoices; support document preparation for large mailings (e.g., AGM/SGM packages)
- Provide general administrative support, including reception relief and document processing
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of all materials
- Follow company procedures and support continuous improvement of office processes
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative, reception, or service-based role
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to lift and move boxes or packages up to 25 lbs
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in property management is an asset, but not required
- Experience with Condo Manager, Yardi, or Zoho is an asset

Skills Required
