We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Support. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing essential support to various departments.
Type of work: Part-Time (09:00-13:00), In-Office
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office operations, including filing, scanning and archiving documents and contracts data entry, and
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Support the finance department (registering invoices, posting primary documents, issuing reminders, etc.)
- Schedule and prepare for meetings, including arranging conference rooms, arranging business trips
- Maintain office supplies
- Data maintenance and work in the company IT systems
- Provide general support to various departments as needed, including assistance with projects and administrative tasks.
Your qualifications:
- Secondary education with a high school diploma, ideally in economics
- Experience in administrative or office work
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude and willingness to help
- Good command of English
