Carson is currently seeking an Office Support team member to join our Eugene Lubes department. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations by ensuring customer orders, billing, and inventory processes are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders into the system daily with a high level of accuracy
- Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse staff and drivers
- Bill customer deliveries within established SLA requirements
- Manage and coordinate transfer orders between branches
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Assist will-call customers, including processing cash and credit card payments
- Support inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Assist with receiving materials into the purchase order system
- Provide support in the warehouse as needed (receiving freight, picking orders)
- Take on additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and Excel
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Forklift experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work while standing, sitting, and walking
- Ability to communicate effectively (speech, vision, and hearing)
- Use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
- Ability to bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and safely move within a warehouse environment
