PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily operations of one or more practices
- Coordinate the work activities and schedules of personnel
- Provide leadership in the absence of the Practice Administrator or Practice Manager
- Performance reviews and annual evaluations
- Communicate effectively with all staff and providers
- Track/Report providers paid leave and continuing medical education according to contract
- Lead staff to provide excellent patient care
- Financial management of office; cash control, bank reconciliations, and deposits
- Oversee inventory of medical, pharmaceutical, and administrative supplies
- Coordinate smooth office operations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or healthcare administration
*Equivalent work experience may substitute for education requirement*
EXPERIENCE:
- Two or more years of supervisory experience with at least one year of supervisor experience in a healthcare setting
