Responsibilities:
- Provide office and executive assistant level support to the Executive Director of Residential Services.
- The individual would have responsibility for coordinating coverage of reception area, answer multi-line phones, schedule meetings and prepare correspondence and reports for the Executive Director.
- The position has some responsibility to Central Billing and Finance.
- Position also requires taking and transcribing internal meeting minutes.
What you will need:
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in progressively higher level of administrative/secretarial support
- Strong working knowledge of scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, generating reports in excel
- Supervision/leadership experience is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
Pay range: $23.40-$33.95
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
