Role Responsibility
- Identify and recruit new customers for expanding business clientele through direct field sales activities (including field cold-calling, customer referrals, sales pitching etc.) supported by digital marketing activations to target customers
- Optimize business opportunities with existing or prospective customers by regular customer visits and reviews through providing more and better offerings and solutions
- Maintain and foster strong rapport with existing customers and review customer performance and service levels on a daily basis
- Gather market and customer information for continuous improvement
The Ideal Candidate
- DSE graduated or above
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferably with outdoor sales exposure
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for more senior sales roles
- Diploma or Associate Degree Holder with part-time experience in sales/promoter is also welcomed
- Sales driven and customer service oriented
- Positive, proactive and good communication skill
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft applications in Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
- Fair in both spoken and written English and proficient in Cantonese
