Overview
Oversee all mailroom operations, coordinate conference room hospitality, and maintain common areas within the building.
Responsibilities
Mail Room Responsibilities:
Assist and/or coordinate the processing of inbound & outbound mail, including deliveries for distribution (could require packing).
Cafeterias/Meeting Room Responsibilities:
Assist with event planning/meeting set-up and take down. Daily kitchen set up/ restock.
Office Responsibilities:
Assist all departments within the building as needed. Perform light office maintenance repairs.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Responsible for company vehicle maintenance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Prior experience in an office setting
- Must have a valid violation-free driver’s license
- Ability to operate a computer, knowledge of all office equipment
- Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks
Compensation and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is $20 per hour. In addition to salary, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K plan with company match, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, Flexible Spending Account, Employee Assistance Program, Pet Insurance Plan and more.
