Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic, tech savvy, customer focused individual to join out team at one of our prestigious law firm clients. The Lead Service Specialist assists the Site Manager in leading the workflow of the Service Specialists. Will accurately communicate with client staff and Opensity team members regarding commitments, deadlines and challenges. You will be hands on processing complex print productions, scanning mail, quality control, client communication, mail runs, as well as trouble shooting lost packages, inventory and supply management, assist facilities and some administrative tasks. This person will be in charge when the manager is off. Our office is open from 7am to 7pm, so we are looking for someone who can be completely flexible with starting as early as 7am, or working as late as 7pm. The standard shift will be 7:00a.m to 4:00p.m. This position will have a growth track to Site Supervisor.Essential Job Responsibilities
Assign production tasks to team members
Work independently on production assignments, often at a satellite copy center without direct supervision
Ensure all projects have been properly completed and quality checked
Work to resolve work issues or complaints such as: lost parcel, damaged package, untimely deliveries
Assist management with training new hires on all processes
Other duties may include, mail, distribution services, copy, print, records, facilities, reception, hospitality services
Data entry and maintaining spreadsheets
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in a mail or production, copy, print or scanning environment - especially in a law firm environment.
Ability to lead others in a professional manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaints
Problem solving ability
Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lb
Must be a self starter - assist with maintaining stocking and cleanliness of the supply room and convenience areas
Must have "can do" customer centric attitude
Preferred Shift: Monday - Friday 9:00a.m to 6:00p.m , with flexibility to come in early or stay later.
The Compensation range for this role is 26.00 to 31.25 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
