The Position
Keyera is looking for an Office Services Coordinator to join us in our Calgary office for a temporary 12-month contract.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for high level meetings including boardroom management, IT coordination, light clean up pre and post meetings and ensuring appropriate supplies are available for each meeting
- Coordinate Catering for medium sized corporate events
- Work alongside receptionist to sort and manage inter office mail
- Assist with each floor inventory management for stationery and kitchen supplies, keeping appropriate stock levels
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration, customer service or hospitality
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with cross business stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
