General Description:

The Office Services Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow specific directions. The Office Services Assistant will be important to the day-to-day office functions, supporting team members and contributing to the overall productivity and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

  • Office Services:
    • Assist with the management of incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Move boxes and files; move office equipment such as computers and office furniture.
    • Assist with mass mailings.
    • Assist with copying, binding services as necessary and maintain copies, as needed.
    • Stocking copiers and printers with paper.
    • Monitoring supplies in copy/print stations.
    • Assist with monitoring office supplies.
  • Guest Services:
    • Assist in coordination of various meetings and events, including set-up and breakdown of event.
    • Assist in monitoring catering supplies.
    • Replenish kitchen stock, as directed.
  • Special projects and duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Positive and helpful attitude.

Preferred Qualifications & Education:

  • 1 year of experience, preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.

The base salary range for this position is $23.50/hr - $35.30/hr. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, Holland & Knight provides bonus opportunities and an exceptional benefits package.
