• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Safety-focused role (preferably in production or industrial environments).
• Proven experience in Office Management or Operations is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and lead office management.
• Highly organized & having good attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, budget & cost management skills.
• Comfortable navigating a complex, intercultural environment with an open-minded and proactive attitude.
• Excellent managerial courage and organizational skills
• Winner mindset, having self-belief and a clear vision, while also strong leadership to achieving goal.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Leading a smooth-running workplace.
• Drive the implementation of Decathlon Global Safety Standards. Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits, transforming data into actionable mitigation strategies.
• Direct all office operations, from streamlining administrative processes and scheduling to managing third-party vendors and facility maintenance.
• Assess the People Safety conditions within the office.
• Monitor & analyze safety performance data & improve safety program & initiatives.
• Oversee the office budget, ensuring cost-efficiency in indirect purchasing and facility management without compromising quality or safety.
• Organizing schedules to streamlining processes efficiently.
• Supporting managers in planning and executing key team events.
