CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This hybrid position combines high‑level executive support with leadership of cluster‑wide projects. The role supports the General Manager in daily operations while independently managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives that contribute to organizational efficiency, compliance, and strategic execution. It requires strong organizational skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Cluster Leadership & Strategic Support
- Lead and coordinate cluster‑level consolidated projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely execution.
- Support the leadership team on selected strategic initiatives, providing analysis, follow‑up, and cross‑functional coordination.
- Analyze complex information requests, identify trends, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Execute highly complex or specialized projects, adapting traditional approaches to develop innovative solutions.
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the General Manager’s agenda and provide high‑level support to the management team. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and maintain accurate minutes. Handle internal and external correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality. Serve as a senior administrative partner capable of managing sensitive, complex, and cross‑functional requests.
Compliance, EHS & Governance
- Lead EHS‑related activities, including reporting, awareness communications, and adherence to corporate standards.
- Support contract management processes, ensuring proper maintenance of electronic and physical records.
- Assist in compliance management, including coordination of the Compliance Committee and oversight of OEC training programs.
Other responsibilities:
- Role is tasked with performing a variety of administrative tasks and liaise with supervisors and management to ensure that office administration policies, programs, and activities are appropriate for their current and future business needs.
- Oversee planning of maintenance activities and upgrades to equipment, facilities, and systems to minimize disruptions to business activities and use the organisation’s resources effectively.
- Independently researches and evaluates office supplies and equipment purchases to minimize costs and meet the organization’s business needs.
- Manage procurement teams across the affiliate.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced level spreadsheet experience.
- Fluent French language, in addition to fluent English. Arabic a plus
- Strong systems background (Planning system / Microsoft)
- Excellent communication skills in liaising with different functional stakeholders
