WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Optimize workflows in office management to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Prepare decision-making documents for management-level projects, considering time, budget, and resources
  • Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders
  • Support your team with general administrative and assistant tasks
  • Create a comfortable and welcoming working environment
  • Quickly identify problems and find effective, practical solutions
  • Assist in planning events ranging from small gatherings to large-scale functions
  • Taking over some tasks for the CEO Office


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • You have at least two years of work experience in high performance/fast pace Environment or growth stage companies
  • You work independently and professionally, with strong attention to detail and high standards for yourself and your work
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a strong service orientation
  • You consider yourself an Organization and Planning Expert and enjoy taking on responsibility
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and effective communication abilities combined with a hands-on mentality
  • You take initiative and enjoy developing and implementing your own ideas
  • Ideally, you are proficient in using G Suite applications
  • You are fluent in both French and English
