The Office Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of administrative, logistical, and infrastructure services within the office. This role ensures an optimal and effective work environment for employees. Additionally, the role involves leading office setup projects, including planning, budgeting, supplier coordination, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Success in this position is defined by an efficient office operation, cost optimization, timely and budget-compliant execution of office setup projects, and high satisfaction levels from internal stakeholders regarding office management and travel services.

Requisitos

Educational background.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Logistics, or related fields.

 

Experience (professional, leadership, international). 

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in general services management, facility management, or office management.
  • Proven experience in office setup and renovation project management.
  • Experience in corporate travel management.

 

Additional Qualification

  • Trainings on standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
