What we’re looking for:
We're looking for a proactive, highly organized, and people-first Office Operations & Employee Experience Manager who loves creating exceptional workplace experiences. In this hands-on role, you'll own everything that keeps our office running smoothly while helping build a culture where employees feel connected, supported, and excited to do their best work. You'll lead office operations, employee experience initiatives, onboarding and offboarding, HR systems, company events, employer branding, and social media, while continuously improving the way we work as we scale.
What you'll do:
- Lead all aspects of our workplace operations, ensuring employees have everything they need to do their best work..
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, landlords, and service providers, while overseeing office inventory, equipment, food, and operational needs.
- Plan and execute the annual employee experience calendar, including company events, happy hours, holidays, gifts, benefits, and other engagement initiatives from planning through execution.
- Create new initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, company culture, and internal communications.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, employee records, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Continuously improve operational and People processes as the company grows.
- Own Linx's social media presence by creating engaging content that showcases our people, culture, events, and milestones, while supporting our employer brand.
- Be the go-to person for employees, partnering across the company to create an exceptional workplace experience.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in Office Operations, Employee Experience, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing technology company.
- Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional operational projects, from employee events and onboarding to office management and process improvements.
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Creativity, positive energy, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.

Skills Required
- Experience in Office Management, Employee Experience, Welfare, or similar role
- Proven ability to plan and execute employee events and welfare initiatives
- Experience working with HR systems / HRIS and supporting employee lifecycle processes
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong ownership and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Experience with employer branding, social media management, or content creation
- Familiarity with Canva or other design tools
- Experience supporting a scaling startup and building operational processes
- Experience in a fast-growing technology company (ideal)
