At the center of our office life stands our Office Manager — the person who brings people together, keeps our operations running smoothly, and makes our workplace a vibrant, welcoming hub for our Primos. If you are a natural organizer, a connector, and someone who loves making things happen, then this role is for you!

What will you be doing?

Create Unforgettable Office Moments

You’ll coordinate and organize a wide range of office events and activities, such as Sales Conferences, Business Breakfasts & Lunches, CSR Day, Sport events, Holiday Events…. and any other moments that bring our people together.

Bring Our Story to Life
You coordinate internal communication, including our bi‑weekly newsletter. And you help to keep our Primos informed, engaged, and connected.

Be the Go‑To Person of the Office
You serve as the single point of contact for Primos, general reception, and security. You welcome visitors, book meeting rooms, arrange parking. And handle all incoming calls on the general office line. 

Support Our People with Heart
You Assist HR with employee benefits such as birthday gifts, flowers, cards, Christmas boxes, and other moments of care

Own Office Operations

  • Manage postal services, packages, mailings, and invoice scanning

  • Maintain office supplies and keep our coffee corners & bar tidy and well‑stocked

  • Support ad‑hoc requests from teams needing an extra pair of hands

Coordinate Facility & Vendor Management

  • Manage facility vendors (cleaning, maintenance, coffee services, landlord, etc.)

  • Handle facility administration: PO creation, invoice coding, P‑card purchases

Fleet Management
You oversee operational fleet tasks including PO’s, invoicing, maintenance, new car orders, driver registration, changes, and lease bike codes

Safety & Crisis Coordination
• Part of the Emergency Response Team (evacuation, first aid, fire)
• Review and monitor first aid supplies and emergency materials
• Coordinate ERT training
• Support the Benelux Unit Crisis Management Team

Consumer Care Coordination
You work with our external consumer service partners. You answer questions, manage requests, and coordinate complaint handling internally

  • Minimum of MBO working and thinking level, preferably some experience a receptionist, office manager or facility officer. 

  • Great written and oral communication skills in both English and Dutch.

  • Expertise in MS Office including Excel and Teams

  • Fulltime availability, 80% can be discussed

Skills Required

  • Minimum of MBO working and thinking level
