We are looking for an energetic, organized, and people-first Office Manager to be the heartbeat of our Plantation, FL headquarters. You will run the front desk, keep the office running smoothly, and serve as a key partner to HR in recruiting coordination, new hire onboarding, and employee engagement events. No two days will look the same!
Human Resources: Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions on benefits, leave, and HR policies. Support onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR processes. Assist with recruiting, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination. Support HR initiatives, training, compliance, and wellness programs. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws. Utilize HR systems and collaborate with Payroll on accurate processing.
Office Management: Act as primary liaison for office operations, including vendors, building management, and employees. Oversee daily office functions to maintain a safe, organized, and productive environment. Coordinate facilities needs, including maintenance, supplies, equipment, and space planning. Partner with IT on employee technology setup. Manage vendor relationships for quality and cost-effective service delivery. Plan and execute meetings, events, and employee engagement activities. Provide administrative support to leadership and coordinate a welcoming visitor experience.
What we are looking for: 2+ years in an office management, receptionist, or HR coordinator role. Warm, professional, and energetic presence. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Experience with HR systems and ATS is a plus. Must be fully onsite in Plantation, FL.
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience
