Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to oversee office operations and support the execution of key operational initiatives under the direction of the CEO.

This role will ensure the office runs efficiently while coordinating across departments to support operational priorities, manage vendors and facilities, and drive administrative excellence. The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with direct exposure to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Office & Operational Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure an efficient and well-organized working environment.
  • Manage office facilities, maintenance, and workplace services.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Monitor office budgets related to supplies, services, and operational needs.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Act as a coordination point between departments to support operational execution.
  • Follow up on operational tasks and ensure alignment across teams when needed.
  • Support internal initiatives and projects assigned by the CEO.
  • Assist in tracking action items from leadership discussions and operational meetings.

Office Infrastructure & Environment

  • Ensure the office environment supports productivity, collaboration, and employee experience.
  • Coordinate office improvements, renovations, or workspace planning when needed.
  • Maintain office policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Operational Support to Leadership

  • Support the CEO on operational follow-ups and implementation of internal initiatives.
  • Prepare operational reports, summaries, or documentation when required.
  • Assist in coordinating internal leadership meetings and ensuring follow-ups on key action items.

Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • 4–7 years of experience in Office Management, Operations, or Administrative Leadership roles.
    • Strong organizational and operational coordination skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • High level of professionalism and discretion.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace.

Preferred

    • Experience working closely with executive leadership.
    • Experience managing office operations in fast-growing companies.
    • Strong vendor management and operational planning skills.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in Office Management, Operations, or Administrative Leadership
  • Strong organizational and operational coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
