Office ManagerWe are looking for a responsible and organized Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain the office environment and ensure everything is functioning properly
Keep the office clean, organized, and comfortable for employees and guests
Order, organize, and restock office supplies, groceries, and snacks
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers, including:
cleaning services
maintenance and repair teams
security services
Monitor office needs and proactively solve operational issues
Support a positive and efficient workplace atmosphere
Previous relevant experience in office administration or office management
Fluent English and Greek
Russian language is a strong advantage
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Love for organization, cleanliness, and order
Good communication and coordination skills
Proactive and reliable personality
