Job Summary: The Office Manager
at Hatanga Ltd. will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the
office environment. This includes overseeing front desk operations, managing
domestic staff (cleaners and cook), and providing administrative support to the
Managing Director (MD) in the capacity of a personal assistant. The Office
Manager will be pivotal in maintaining an organized and efficient office space,
ensuring that daily activities are executed in line with company policies and

Responsibilities:
- Front
Desk Management: Oversee and manage the front desk operations, ensuring a
welcoming, professional environment for visitors and smooth handling of phone
calls and inquiries.
- Staff Supervision:
Supervise front desk staff and domestic staff, including cleaners and
cook, ensuring they are effectively managing their responsibilities and
maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the office.
- Administrative Support:
Provide administrative and personal assistant services to the Managing
Director, including scheduling meetings, organizing correspondence,
preparing documents, and maintaining files.
- Office Supplies and
Equipment Management: Ensure the office is fully stocked with necessary
supplies, manage the procurement of office materials, and oversee the
maintenance and functionality of office equipment.
- Meeting Coordination:
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing meeting rooms,
and handling logistical support for in-office events or conferences.
- Facility Management:
Monitor the overall condition of the office premises, liaise with external
vendors for repair and maintenance services, and ensure a safe, clean, and
functional workspace for all employees.
- Confidentiality and
Records Management: Manage sensitive information with confidentiality,
maintain accurate records and files, and ensure all administrative
processes comply with the company's policies and procedures.

staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and morale in the office.

- Technical Proficiency:

- Qualifications and
Experience:
o Diploma
or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a
related field.
o Minimum
of 5 years of experience in office management or administrative support, with
at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
o Experience
supporting senior executives or managers in an administrative capacity, ideally
in a fast-paced environment.
o Demonstrated
ability to manage office staff and maintain high standards of office operation
and cleanliness.
