Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support
to all employees in person, by phone, or email.
- Maintain and troubleshoot
hardware and software issues.
- Set up and maintain
computer systems, including installation and configuration of software and
hardware.
- Ensure the security and
privacy of company data by implementing and managing security measures.
- Manage and maintain the
company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and
firewalls.
- Manage the company's IT
assets, including inventory and procurement of hardware and software.
- Assist in managing the
company’s website and resolving technical issues relating to social media
pages and presence.
- Keep up to date with new
technologies and suggest ways to improve the company's IT infrastructure.
- Conduct regular
maintenance of hardware and software to ensure they are up to date.
- Work with external vendors
and service providers to resolve IT issues.
- Train employees on the
proper use of hardware and software.
Requirements
Competencies (Knowledge/Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree
in computer science or related field.
- At least 3 years
of experience in IT support or related field.
- Excellent
knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge
of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with
cloud-based solutions and services.
- Ability to work
independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to
multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
