BWI is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and accounting functions of our branch, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable, credit management, and collections.
This is a working management role, meaning the Office Manager will actively manage customer accounts while also supervising office staff and ensuring efficient accounting and administrative processes.
Previous accounts receivable or credit management experience is required.
In this role, you’ll spend much of your day working directly with customer accounts, reviewing credit limits, resolving payment discrepancies, and supporting the branch’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Accounts Receivable function, including credit approvals, collections, and account reconciliation
- Communicate with customers regarding account discrepancies and payment issues
- Supervise clerical staff supporting A/R, billing, and A/P functions
- Prepare and reconcile bank deposits and cash receipts
- Oversee accounts payable and billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Maintain financial records using accounting software and generate reports as needed
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Maintain office procedures and administrative processes
- Hire, train, and supervise clerical and administrative staff
- Maintain timekeeping and PTO records in UltiPro for office staff
- Serve as branch orientation coordinator to assist with onboarding new hires
- Attend regional credit management association meetings as required
Qualifications
- Accounts Receivable or credit management experience required
- Experience with accounting software and financial reporting
- Strong data entry, organizational, and communication skills
- Prior supervisory or office management experience preferred
