We are looking to hire a highly capable, self-motivated, and organized Office Manager for a full-time position.

  • 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - mandatory.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; ability to quickly adopt and work with new systems (e.g., Mesh, HiBob, financial and operation tools).
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple parallel priorities with high accuracy and ownership.
  • Hands-on experience with purchasing workflows and supplier coordination.
  • Strong execution skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • High availability and responsiveness during business hours.
  • Bachelor’s degree (advantage).

**Please note the position requires at least 4 days per week in the office.
