We are a growing International Fintech organization looking for an Office Manager to oversee the successful day-to-day operations of our major hub in Paris. Join our dynamic team of ~100 employees, located in the heart of Paris near the famous Galeries Lafayette.

The Office Manager ensures the office runs smoothly and efficiently and acts as the go-to person for all employees on facility-related topics. You will contribute to our employer branding in the Paris market and the engagement level of our Paris employees by working closely with the local management team. You will also be part of a creative and energizing global team. 

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to our Paris office and given the flexibility to work remotely based on the manager’s approval. 

Responsibilities 

  • Forecast and manage office budget, ensuring accurate and timely expense reporting 
  • Manage relationships and contracts with vendors, service providers, and the landlord 
  • Responsible for creating an excellent work environment 
  • Ensure Health and Safety procedures are adhered to for the office and new employees, coordinate the Health & Safety Committee 
  • Coordinate invoice approvals 
  • Manage company social events 
  • Oversee the travel process within a global office management team 
  • Manage the day-to-day office issues including office maintenance, improvements, and recycling 
  • Drive local initiatives based on the global strategy 
  • Support the Country Manager and the local leadership team  

 

Your profile 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role 
  • Excellent presentation, communication and collaboration skills 
  • Organized and structured, with great attention to details and comfort with information tracking tools (excel, Mic Suite, etc.) 
  • Capacity to prioritize and adapt to changing requirements 
  • Positive mindset and problem-solving attitude 
  • Good capacity to work under pressure 
  • Active listener 
  • Fluent in English
