Office Manager
Currently, we are looking for an Office Manager to join our highly motivated and inspired team in Zentiva Croatia. This is a maternity leave replacement engagement. The minimal engagement period is 18 months (1,5 years).
What would be your main responsibilities:
- managing all activities related to the functioning of the office
- ensuring compliance with statutory standards in company operations
- assistance in accounting processes (bookkeeping, payment, communication with outsourced accountant)
- supporting marketing events (preparing contracts, organizing events, catering)
- administrative support to all departments
- booking transport and accommodation
- organizing company events
- managing various databases and business archives
- ensuring and monitoring compliance with GDPR legislation
We need you to have:
- High school education or university degree (SSS or VSS)
- No professional experience required
- Full-time employment or student contract
- Strong skills with IT systems and MS Office products, particularly Excel
- Basic knowledge in written and spoken English
