The Role

Important Information:

  • Years of Experience: 4 years of administrative experience

  • Job Mode: Full-time

  • Work Mode: On-site - Front desk activities (Hermosillo, Sonora from 9 AM - 6 PM)

Job Summary:
The Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by handling administrative tasks, coordinating maintenance and vendor relationships, managing expenses, and overseeing personnel logistics. Additionally, this role is responsible for organizing internal events and initiatives to foster team integration and a strong company culture.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage office operations, including purchases, service payments, and vendor coordination.

  • Oversee front desk activities and general administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate travel logistics for employees.

  • Plan and execute initiatives, events, and experiences that promote team integration and a sense of belonging among employees in Mérida.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Creative and proactive mindset.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Responsible, empathetic, and self-managed.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Role-specific Requirements:

  • Experience in office management and administrative coordination.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Experience organizing corporate events and team-building activities.
