Job Summary:
The Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by handling administrative tasks, coordinating maintenance and vendor relationships, managing expenses, and overseeing personnel logistics. Additionally, this role is responsible for organizing internal events and initiatives to foster team integration and a strong company culture.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage office operations, including purchases, service payments, and vendor coordination.

Oversee front desk activities and general administrative tasks.

Coordinate travel logistics for employees.

Plan and execute initiatives, events, and experiences that promote team integration and a sense of belonging among employees in Mérida.
