Office Manager (Dutch speaker) - part time (flexible: 16 or 20hrs a week)

As an Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in the organisation of our Amsterdam office. You’ll smoothen our existing processes and ensure that guidelines and measurements are in place and being continuously improved.

What you’ll do:

• Office facility management
• Maintain relationship with providers and organize various supplies (e.g. office, lunch, toiletries, drinks and other supplies)
• Organize IT equipment for the office and manage IT inventory
• Plan and organize office team events in consultation with other managers
• Maintaining office information flow, submitting invoices and invitations, and tracking executive tasks
• Guest management
• Assisting with the planning of high-level customer engagements and conferences, including coordinating with organisers on logistics and on-the-ground support
• Assisting management and the team with administrative requests

You’ll be great for this role if:

• You have great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• You have knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
• You have strong organisational and planning skills
• You have an understanding of team dynamics and how to motivate and help them
• You have proficient computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
• You are fluent in English and Dutch
