Position OverviewThe Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Will have excellent organizational skills and a personable disposition as well as be flexible in handling day-to-day routines. Will provide strong, reliable support for the Store Manager by creating procedures and helping to communicate them storewide. Will help achieve organizational efficiency by nurturing a positive work environment.
Job DescriptionDescription
- The Office Manager helps will provide excellent service to our customers with services such as answering incoming calls, providing customers information, check cashing, lottery ticket sales, utility payments, money orders, and refunds.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service as well as the day to day operations of the department and supervise the department team.
- Handle the processing of balancing store cash funds, preparing deposits and maintaining appropriate cash on hand levels.
- Ensure office equipment is maintained and in working order.
- Complete all necessary paperwork relating to Bookkeeping and Service Desk Department
- Provide training, development and scheduling of Office/Service Desk associates.
- Be assigned other duties and responsibilities by the Store Manager.
